This book has been published after the exhibition “ The masterpieces of the Academy of Music of London” and includes charts and information on the twelve instruments exhibited. The essays in the book dealt with the Collection at the Royal Academy of Music of London, the moulds of the Museo Stradivariano in relation to the instruments by Antonio Stradivari of the Royal Academy, the masterpieces of Italian stringed instrument making throughout the world, the instrumental Music in Cremona from the epoch of Nicoló Amati and Antonio Stradivari and moreover from the viola tenore to the viola contralto.
